Reasonable, securely stored gear space for team members.

Tires, fuel, and other consumables needed to keep the cars on track and meet safety requirements.

Reimbursement for team-requested parts-run purchases when receipts are retained.

Working radios, hydration holders, and cool-suit connections in both vehicles.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, water, and other hydrating beverages for participating team members.
Driving & contingency policy
The plan stays flexible.
The terms stay clear.

A minimum combined total of two sessions across one or both cars. A session includes one full tank of fuel; time varies.

Drivers may name a preferred car. Without a preference, DBCM will assume interest in driving both cars.

Additional sessions may become available. Driver changes occur on the second black flag, regardless of how early it arrives in a session.

If one car suffers a mechanical failure, DBCM leadership will allocate remaining sessions in the surviving car at its discretion.

No refund is provided if at least one car completes the event. If neither car reaches 75% of the elapsed race timeline, each participant receives a $500 refund.

DBCM leadership will make reasonable efforts to repair any car that experiences a mechanical failure.
- Personal safety gear that is current and compliant with 24 Hours of Lemons rules: helmet, race suit, fire-rated socks, gloves, and shoes, plus a HANS device.
- A cool shirt, recommended for anyone using the cool-suit connection. Typical cost is about $100–$200.
- Race license, which must be purchased individually and is not reimbursable.
- Personal food purchases and dehydrating beverages, which are not reimbursable.
